Easy Crab Cake Recipe


Serving size: Two 4 oz. crab cakes

 

Ingredients

 4 oz. of jumbo lump crab meat

 4 oz. of lump crabmeat

 16 oz. mayonnaise

 ½ tsp mustard

 ½ tbsp. scallions, chopped

 1 dash tabasco sauce

 ½ tsp lemon juice

 2 egg yolks

 1 tbsp panko bread crumbs

 1 pinch salt

 1 pinch ground pepper

 1 pinch old bay seasoning

 1 pinch garlic salt

 1 pinch onion powder 

 

 Preparation:

 Mix all ingredients, except crab meat and panko crumbs. Fold in crab meat, and then fold in panko crumbs. Let sit for a few minutes to allow crumbs to absorb. Mold into 4 oz patties. Using olive oil, either pan fry or fry to golden brown on both sides.
