Roasted Whole Branzino

Ingredients:

• 2 whole branzino, cleaned and gutted
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 lemon, thinly sliced
• Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or oregano)
• Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Rinse and pat dry the branzino. Make diagonal cuts on each side of the fish.
3. Season the fish inside and out with salt and black pepper.
4. Place the branzino on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Stuff the cavity of each fish with slices of garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and rub it to coat evenly.
7. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
8. Garnish with additional fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
