Ahi Poke Hawaiian-Style

1 Pound sashimi-grade ahi, cut into ¾-inch chunks

½ cup limu kohu, rinsed and chopped (found at most asian markets)

¼ cup Maui onion, peeled and minced 

¼ cup green onion, chopped

2 Hawaiian chili peppers, trimmed and minced (optional)

2 Tablespoons Shoyu

1 Teaspoon Hawaiian salt (or add to taste)

1 Tablepoon sesame oil 

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Chill and serve.
