We met Marco and Vinny at the Aliso Viejo Farmer’s Market yesterday and bought some of their wild caught scallops. Funny thing was my husband had just mentioned the day before how he was craving some scallops to which I replied I’d buy them more often if I could be sure they tasted fresh! Well, the scallops we got from Hooked on Fish were insanely fresh and tasted AMAZING!! There was no weird fishy smell that usually comes from the supermarket scallops. The boys were also kind enough to keep our scallops in their cooler while we shopped and went to lunch! We will definitely try their other offerings next week when we visit the Farmer’s Market again!
